Short-term intervention to organize small group of general education classroom into productive, research driven rooms. Includes assessment, training, consultation, and follow up serviceshis may focus on a classroom management, instructional design, and other areas to best structure the classroom for success.
Relevant to current classroom issues and customized to the needs of the group. Training can be provided during flexible times such as group planning, before/after school, or in-service days.
INDIVIDUAL STUDENT CONSULTATION:
Identify concerns and provide solutions based on a review of current data, observations, & staff interviews.
FUNCTIONAL BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT (FBA):
Assessment and report completion for individual student's problem behavior.
BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION PLAN (BIP):
Develop based on observation and data analysis with the IEP team, followed by staff training and ongoing support.
SCHOOL WIDE BEHAVIORAL PLANNING:
Assessment and design of a custom school wide behavior plan to increase productivity of students and decrease problem behavior. Long term data collection to present results of plan. Includes assessment of need, consultation with administration to dive the plan, teacher training, and follow-up for implementation.
